I'm a married, Vietnam era, disabled Navy veteran. I am also retired and on Social Security. As such our hosehold income is very fixed but we found ourselves in need of a new vehicle.
My wife and I leased a new vehicle a couple of weeks ago. So I called our insurance provider, at that time, to add the new car to our policy. I got our quote and it with our new car payment it could fit our budget, so I signed up for it. However when our billing came in it was 20% higher than what we were quoted.
